Racehorse Training

Lisa Williamson is a master of horse welfare. To see the demeanour and physical presence of all her horses in the yard is to witness healthy, happy animals who live to enjoy their sport.

Horses have larger than average stables in the American style barns, surrounded by other horses. More than most they get turned out on a regular basis in any part of the 400 acres of superb equine areas that surround Lisa’s stables. Lisa has 23 separate turn out areas, all on grass for her horses.

Their daily routine could include work on the nearby 5 furlong, uphill polytrack gallop or a run on either of the two 5 furlong grass gallops, perhaps a hack around the 6 miles of paths through the surrounding forests or over some of the fences and flights that are around the stables.

Kelsall Hill is a state of the art facility with  2 Olympic sized menages, separate lunging areas and an environment that horses just thrive on.

In fact everything that your horse experiences at Lisa Williamsons stable is designed to bring out the very best whilst maintaining a great physical and mental well being. Something nobody understands better.
